Food Service Manager

At Drifters Motel & Restaurant, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Client Focus: Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Team Player: Strong team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
