Landscaping Manager

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at 1981287 Ontario Ltd. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including planting, pruning, and mowing.
- Supervise a team of 1-2 people and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
- Manage equipment and machinery, including chain saws, small engine equipment, and tractors.
- Coordinate snow removal and other seasonal maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Physically demanding work environment.
- Handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Schedule:30 hours per week, permanent position.
