We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at 1981287 Ontario Ltd. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of landscaping projects.

• Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including planting, pruning, and mowing.
• Organize and direct construction of decks, decorative walls, and other landscape features.
• Supervise a team of 1-2 people and provide technical advice to ensure high-quality work.
• Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate work records and logs.

• 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Physically demanding work environment.
• Handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

30 hours per week, permanent position.
