Landscaping Manager

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at 1981287 Ontario Ltd. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of landscaping projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to project timelines.
- Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.
- Plan and estimate labor and materials for projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Supervise and train a team of 1-2 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
- Maintain accurate work records and logs, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Repair and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Our team works outdoors in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial properties. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
