Liquor Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Team Liquor Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and control daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective service to customers.
- Evaluate store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and organize daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Manage a team of sales staff and assign duties to ensure excellent customer service.
- Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in the store.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Determine staffing requirements and oversee payroll administration.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless store operations.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Hardworking and flexible individual with excellent communication skills.
- Free parking available.
- Permanent full-time position.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language.
