Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Team Liquor Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Determine the selection of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring a competitive and appealing product range.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement and inventory management of liquor and wine products, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Financial Management: Oversee payroll administration, manage store budgets, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a liquor store management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and valid driver's license.
