Liquor Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Team Liquor Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective store management.
- Staff Management: Manage staff, assign duties, and determine staffing requirements to meet the needs of the store.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and oversee payroll administration.
- Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, and plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a liquor store management role.
- Work Setting: Liquor and wine store.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Hardworking, flexibility.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
