Liquor Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Team Liquor Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the selection and procurement of merchandise for resale, ensuring a wide range of products meet customer demands.
- Financial Management: Oversee payroll administration, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and valid driver's license.
