We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Document Processing Specialist to join our team at Adroit Partners, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing various documents, records, and files to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify the accuracy of documents, records, and files to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Sort and categorize documents according to established criteria and protocols.
  • Operate scanners and other equipment to scan and upload documents into our database.
  • Track and record progress in spreadsheets and other tracking systems.
  • Audit files against spreadsheets and communicate any discrepancies to the team and management.
  • Perform high-quality work with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Maintain a professional and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and expectations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably with a focus on document processing, record management, or data entry.
