Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the daily operation of guest service shifts, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out procedures, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily operation of guest service shifts, including planning and coordinating front- and back-of-house guest service operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Manage room inventory, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient operations.
  • Administer schedule adjustments, ensuring optimal staffing levels and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance technical and soft skills for customer service representatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Working knowledge of property management systems and software.
  • 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a hospitality or customer service environment.
