About the Role

Job Bridge Global is seeking a skilled Construction Worker with formwork and concrete experience to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing and installing formwork for concrete structures, working with concrete to create structural components, and ensuring timely and efficient completion of formwork and concrete work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formwork and Concrete Installation: Prepare and install formwork for concrete structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • Concrete Work: Work with concrete, including mixing, pouring, and finishing, to create structural components such as walls, floors, and beams.
  • Project Coordination: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other construction documents to determine project requirements, and coordinate with the construction team to ensure timely and efficient completion of formwork and concrete work.
  • Quality Control: Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to safety standards and regulations.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of tools and equipment used in construction, ensuring proper maintenance and safety practices are followed.
  • Safety and Compliance: Participate in safety meetings and training sessions, adhering to all safety policies and procedures on the construction site.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in formwork and concrete work in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction techniques, tools, and materials related to formwork and concrete work.
  • Skills: Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Qualifications: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, with knowledge of safety standards and regulations, physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions, and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
