Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect new territories and participate in client outreach through various communication channels, including inbound/outbound calls, written correspondence, and site visits.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by delivering strategic service initiatives.

• Prepare targeted proposals and presentations for decision makers and business owners.

• Develop, maintain, and expand key client relationships, creating strategic business plans for each account.

• Develop and implement creative/alternative methods of client delivery and coordinate recruitment initiatives.

• Develop accurate and competitive markups for technical Contract and Direct Placement recruitment.

• Prepare new-client contract negotiation and qualification.

• Generate forecasts, prepare status reports, client quotes, and quality documentation.

• Negotiate contracts, pursue new opportunities, and carry out post-recruitment activities to ensure client satisfaction and service levels are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

• Minimum of 3-5+ years of recruitment sales experience within the mining, energy, infrastructure, construction, and/or manufacturing sectors in Alberta

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.

• Ability to work in a hybrid remote/in-office environment

• Background check required prior to employment.
