The Role:
  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within targeted National Accounts.
    • Serve as the central point of contact for national projects and service inquiries.
  2. Coordination and Collaboration:
    • Coordinate and collaborate with various teams across Canada to address client needs and drive business growth within strategic accounts.
    • Work closely with internal departments, such as sales, marketing, and branch teams, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience for strategic accounts in each of their serviceable locations.
  3. Business Growth Strategies:
    • Identify opportunities for expanding business within strategic accounts, including cross-selling and upselling products or services.
    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize account potential and achieve business growth targets.
  4. Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor the performance of strategic accounts and analyze key performance indicators.
    • Identify trends, recommend solutions, and implement strategies to improve account performance and customer satisfaction.
Your Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably within a national or large-scale business environment.
  • A proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and internal teams.
