Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analysis Leader to join our team in Global Banking and Markets. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary projects, providing business support to all units globally, and continually acquiring knowledge of our business strategies and policies.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a deep understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulatory requirements. You will work collaboratively with other teams to deliver new functions to the business, manage direct reports, and provide ongoing support to all assigned units globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently resolve complex problems to meet business needs by applying advanced financial and technological knowledge
  • Manage multi-disciplinary projects to implement solutions to business problems, including planning, securing, and scheduling resources
  • Provide business support to all units globally, including new and existing products, deal structuring, and user training
  • Continually acquire and enhance knowledge of business strategies and policies, risk management practices, and rapidly changing technology
  • Effectively manage and supervise business analysis staff, setting performance expectations, monitoring performance, and providing feedback
Requirements
  • 8 years of hands-on requirement gathering/business analysis experience
  • Experience managing and coaching a team of business analysts, strong familiarity managing multiple workstreams with a range of priorities
  • Prior experience working on financial instruments, including OTC derivative products and foreign exchange
  • Must have a solid understanding of current EDP practices, system development techniques, and real-time analytical tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, recognized post-graduate degree in STEM or a related discipline
