Job Summary

IQVIA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team as a Project Delivery Leader for Evidence Synthesis, RWE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing methodologically rigorous evidence synthesis research, overseeing the work of junior staff, and managing the overall project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement evidence synthesis studies that meet the highest standards of quality and rigor.
  • Oversee the work of junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in evidence synthesis and RWE, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Masters or PhD in epidemiology, pharmacology, public health, or biostatistics.
  • 5+ years of experience in evidence synthesis research, preferably in consulting, pharmaceutical, or other healthcare industry, academia.
  • Substantial experience independently conducting meta-analysis and ITC in at least 1 programming language.
  • 2+ years of experience as a client point of contact and managing the delivery/implementation of projects.
  • Expert knowledge of evidence synthesis and RWE.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong scientific and logical writing skills, with a track record of first-author conference abstracts and manuscripts.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • A commitment to working collaboratively and effectively with others in and across the team to accomplish goals.
  • A commitment to timely internal and client communication.
  • A pragmatic and logical problem-solving approach to projects.
