Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Wendys Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and kitchen helpers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.
