Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Wendys Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and front-of-house staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods

Working Conditions

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. As a Shift Manager, you will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
