Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Wendys Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, establish work schedules.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Tasks: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, team player.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, permanent position, 35 hours per week.
