Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fresh Box Sushi. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food preparation and service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to our staff on their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our management team.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules for our food service staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage at all times.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
