About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at AR 2024 Food Ltd. as a Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to team members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit regular reports to management.
  • Scheduling and Quality Control: Establish work schedules and conduct quality control checks to ensure that our food service standards are met.
  • Experience and Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role, with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
