Job Title: Business Development Officer

At EXCELLENCY SERVICES INC, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies to promote business growth and development.
  • Supervise professional and support staff, as well as students, to ensure effective project execution.
  • Administer programs to encourage investment in various sectors.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data analysis and report preparation.
  • Plan and execute development projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Provide expert advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify business opportunities.
  • Develop social and economic profiles of areas to attract investment.
  • Offer consulting services to government and other organizations.
  • Conduct marketing studies and surveys to assess development potential.
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to improve business performance.
  • Maintain databases of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with business and commercial licenses.
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia to promote business growth.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Working Conditions:
