Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Dragon City Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our restaurant's vision.
  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient operations.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.
