Job Title: Automotive Service Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Operations Manager to join our team at Active Green and Ross. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive repair shop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-10 technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Training and Development: Provide technical guidance and training to team members to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by resolving work problems and providing technical advice.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
