Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Operations Manager to join our team at Active Green and Ross. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team is working efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 service technicians and support staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our service department, including scheduling, inventory management, and workflow optimization.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our service technicians and support staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our service work, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality repairs and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the automotive service industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects.
