Job Title: Automotive Service Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Operations Manager to join our team at Active Green and Ross. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 service technicians and support staff.
  • Operations: Coordinate and schedule service activities, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide technical guidance, training, and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Foster excellent customer relationships, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative: Manage inventory, estimate costs, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the automotive service industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle.
Work Environment:
