Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Operations Manager to join our team at Active Green and Ross. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 service technicians and support staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure that our service standards are met.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and schedule service activities, manage inventory and supplies, and ensure that our service department is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our service technicians and support staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on service activity, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the automotive service industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a physically demanding work environment.
