Lead RVT Role at Juno Veterinary, Inc

Join our team of passionate and skilled veterinary professionals at Juno Veterinary, Inc as a Lead Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT). In this leadership role, you will have the opportunity to coach, develop, and motivate a team of RVTs to provide exceptional veterinary care to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of RVTs to provide high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
  • Identify development and training opportunities for the RVT team and work with the Practice Manager to build out development plans.
  • Be a leader of the Juno Brand Tenets in action to support the RVT team to have maximum job love.
  • Step in and help coach conflict resolution among team members collaborating with People Operations as needed.
  • Support the Practice Manager with inventory supply ordering.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an RVT in a veterinary clinic setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Passion for animal care and customer service.
