Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop a team of skilled and passionate RVTs to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
  • Identify development and training opportunities for the RVT team and work with the Practice Manager to build out development plans.
  • Lead by example, embodying the Juno Brand Tenets and supporting the RVT team to have maximum job love.
  • Step in and help coach conflict resolution among team members, collaborating with People Operations as needed.
  • Support the Practice Manager with inventory supply ordering.
Requirements

This role requires a strong passion for pets and people, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team. You'll also need to be comfortable working evening and weekend shifts, as well as managing challenging members and patients.

This position will be based in our clinic with occasional travel required locally for training and cross-functional meetings with our Clinic Support Centre team.
