Lead RVT Role at Juno Veterinary, Inc

We are seeking a passionate and experienced RVT to join our team as a Lead RVT. This role will be responsible for coaching, developing, and motivating our team of RVTs to deliver exceptional animal care and support our mission to build the next generation of veterinary care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop RVTs to achieve their full potential and provide exceptional patient care
  • Identify and implement training opportunities to enhance RVT skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager to build and maintain a positive and productive team culture
  • Support the Practice Manager with inventory management and supply ordering
  • Step in and help resolve conflicts among team members, working closely with People Operations as needed
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an RVT
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for animal care and commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes
