Lead RVT Opportunity at Juno Veterinary, Inc

We are seeking a skilled and passionate RVT to join our team as a Lead RVT. This leadership role will involve coaching, developing, and motivating a team of RVTs to help us achieve our mission of providing exceptional veterinary care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop RVTs to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Identify training opportunities and work with the Practice Manager to build development plans
  • Lead by example and embody the Juno Brand Tenets to support a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Support conflict resolution and manage challenging situations
  • Assist with inventory supply ordering and other administrative tasks

This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you are passionate about animal care and have a desire to grow your leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.
