As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events from conception to completion. This includes selecting venues, managing budgets, and coordinating logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inspect and select event sites
* Develop marketing and communication plans
* Prepare and manage event budgets
* Determine requirements for hospitality services and arrange for contracts
* Coordinate event set-ups, staging, and other details
* Implement registration systems and information materials
* Plan for required documentation and pre- and post-distribution
* Plan for social events and guest programs
* Develop policies and procedures

Requirements:

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
* Permanent position
* 40 hours per week
* English language
