Job Summary:

The Office Support Professional plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical duties, including but not limited to:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting payroll processes
  • Compiling financial reports
  • Verifying cash reconciliation and inventory records
  • Inputting data into NetSuite
  • Liaising with vendors as required

Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual with a secondary school education and strong organizational skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of financial accounting systems, payroll processes Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent telephone skills, ability to multi-task, strong customer service skills

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to perform tasks involving frequent sitting at a desk and occasional lifting of objects up to 10 pounds from floor to shoulder height.
