Job Description

As a Dozer Specialist for Construction and Infrastructure Development, you will play a crucial role in our water and sewer projects. Your expertise in operating heavy equipment will ensure that our projects are completed efficiently and safely.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dozer Operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in water/sewer installations, subdivision servicing, road construction, and urban renewal projects. You will possess strong communication skills, be able to work in a team environment, and have proven ability to work in tight spots.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate dozers to complete excavation work, including ditching, sloping, and ripping.
  • Conduct pre-operational equipment inspections to ensure safe operation.
  • Adhere to safe work practices and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Identify and report hazards to site supervision.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of dozer experience with experience in water/sewer installations, subdivision servicing, road construction, and urban renewal projects.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to work in tight spots and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Valid Driver's License and CSA-approved steel-toed boots with 6" ankle support.
