We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Real Property Project Coordinator to join our team at the Courts Administration Service in Ottawa, Ontario.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in providing innovative, timely, and efficient judicial, registry, e-court, security, and corporate services to four courts of law. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of justice for all Canadians by coordinating projects related to facilities and real property management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing recommendations and advice to clients and/or management in areas such as real property, facilities management, project management, architectural, and drafting and/or editing communication notes/emails or reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects: Work with stakeholders to plan, implement, and manage projects related to facilities and real property management.
  • Provide advice and recommendations: Offer expert guidance to clients and management on matters related to real property, facilities management, project management, and architecture.
  • Draft and edit documents: Prepare and review reports, emails, and other communication materials.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: At minimum, a secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in providing recommendations and advice to clients and/or management in areas such as real property, facilities management, project management, architectural, and drafting and/or editing communication notes/emails or reports.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary project teams: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Design software proficiency: Skilled in using design or drawing software to support project activities.
