Job Summary

Olymel s.e.c / l.p is seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing work, dispatching personnel, and following up on issues with work orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and Process Orders: Gather and organize orders and instructions received from customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Operational Logistics: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including scheduling assignments and coordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and review work, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Dispatch and Scheduling: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Issue Resolution: Follow up on issues with work orders, resolving problems and ensuring that tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Work Setting: This role will be based in a warehouse environment, with occasional management responsibilities.
