Job Title: General Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Supervisor to join our team at KD Construction Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled construction professionals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including time sheets, invoices, and quality control reports.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and make informed decisions.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
