Job Summary

Xcel Construction Limited is seeking a skilled General Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 1-2 workers and coordinate project activities
  • Estimate costs and materials, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Train or arrange for training, and establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities, and set up equipment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a noisy environment, with a focus on construction, maintenance, and repair projects.
