Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Supervisor to join our team at KD Construction Group Ltd.
Job Summary:The General Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, prepare production and other reports, and recommend measures to improve productivity.
- Supervision: Supervise workers and projects, train or arrange for training, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and that all necessary safety protocols are in place.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective solutions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy.
- Work Setting: Construction, maintenance, repair, willing to relocate, renovation, residential.
