Construction Supervisor

Xcel Construction Limited is seeking a skilled General Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of 1-2 workers and coordinate project activities
- Estimate costs and materials, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Train or arrange for training, and establish methods to meet work schedules
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities, and set up equipment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
The successful candidate will work outdoors in a noisy environment, with a focus on construction, maintenance, and repair projects.
What We Offer- Permanent full-time position
- 35 hours per week
