We are seeking a skilled Conveyor Belt Splicer to join our team at Viacore Solutions Inc. in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking and monitoring product quality, training or assisting in the training of other workers, and operating machines or equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit and cement rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards
  • Make minor adjustments or repairs to products
  • Troubleshoot and locate faults
  • Perform corrective machine adjustments
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
Work Environment

The work environment is physically demanding, requiring manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
