Job Summary

Viacore Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Conveyor Belt Splicer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machines and equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit, and cement rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check and monitor product quality to ensure conformance to specifications and quality standards
  • Train or assist in the training of other workers to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Operate machines and equipment to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, splicing, fitting, and cementing rubber materials
  • Inspect finished rubber products for defects and make minor adjustments or repairs as needed
  • Troubleshoot and locate faults in equipment and perform corrective machine adjustments
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment as required
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a physically demanding environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
