Job Title: Conveyor Belt Splicer

Viacore Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Conveyor Belt Splicer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our rubber products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check and monitor product quality to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Train or assist in the training of other workers to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Operate machines or equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit, and cement rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products.
  • Inspect finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards.
  • Make minor adjustments or repairs to products as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and locate faults in equipment or processes.
  • Perform corrective machine adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment as required.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • This role is physically demanding and requires manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • You will be required to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

  • Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
