Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to drive business growth and improve customer experience
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Deep knowledge of commercial banking products and services, as well as industry trends and market conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
