- 5-7 years of relevant experience in commercial banking or a related field
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Deep knowledge of commercial banking products and services, as well as industry trends and market conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
