Job Title: Janitorial Services Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Manager to join our team at LE GROUPE ESSA INC.

Job Summary:

The Janitorial Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our janitorial services, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage janitorial staff
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily tasks and schedules
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration and Management
  • 1-7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
