Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Manager to join our team at LE GROUPE ESSA INC. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our janitorial services, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily operations plans to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services
  • Evaluate and improve cleaning processes to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of janitorial services with other facility operations
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Manage and train a team of janitorial staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
