Job Title: Janitorial Services Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Manager to join our team at LE GROUPE ESSA INC.

Job Summary:

The Janitorial Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our janitorial services, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, evaluating daily operations, and implementing policies and procedures to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Janitorial Staff: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the effectiveness of daily operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to improve service delivery and increase efficiency.
  • Establish or Implement Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Bilingual (English and French).
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
