Job Title: Janitorial Services Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Manager to join our team at LE GROUPE ESSA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities to team members.
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Group insurance benefits.

  • Support for youths, including awareness training to create a welcoming work environment.
  • Support for Veterans, including translating military skills and experience into the civilian job market.
