Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Germain Hôtels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordination and Supervision: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, establish work schedules and procedures, and perform same duties as workers supervised.
- Leadership and Team Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Client Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, and co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports, and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, and team player.
