We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at GROUPE GERMAIN INC. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing same duties as workers supervised.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to ensure a high level of service quality
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel operations and performance
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a skilled and motivated team
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure adequate inventory and minimize waste
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Client focus and ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Dependability and ability to work independently
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
