As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing same duties as workers supervised.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to ensure consistency and quality of service
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on hotel operations and performance
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a skilled and motivated team
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure efficient hotel operations
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
